Peppermint

 

Peppermint oil comprises vitamins A and C, omega-3 fatty acids, and minerals including potassium, manganese, iron, magnesium, calcium, and copper. The numerous health benefits of peppermint oil include its ability to treat several health problems.

Clove
 
Clove has been used for over 2,000 years, Indian and Chinese traditional medicine. Cloves are high in vitamins, minerals and fibre. However, the component responsible for clove’s powerful effects and odour is a substance called eugenol.
